La definizione dei Livelli Essenziali di Assistenza che il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale si impegna a garantire a tutti i cittadini comprende il riconoscimento dell'erogazione delle prestazione entro tempi appropriati alle effettive necessita del paziente.
Inoltre concentrazioni periodiche dell'affluenza e l'eccellenza di alcuni servizi sono le cause principali di un possibile superamento dei tempi di attesa medi in alcuni casi. I report pubblicati saranno pertanto di diversi tipi:.

Aiuterai qualcuno ad attendere di meno. Se disdette per tempo, queste prestazioni sarebbero state nuovamente disponibili, a vantaggio di altre persone. Poche e semplici domande, che vi ruberanno una manciata di secondi, ma che aiuteranno il Sistema Sanitario ad ottimizzare le sue risorse.

Altri, come richiesto dal monitoraggio previsto nel Piano di contenimento TdA nazionale, rappresenteranno una situazione ex ante, ovvero stimata sulla base dei tempi medi rilevati per prestazione. In pratica saranno gli stessi specialisti a programmare, prescrivere e prenotare le visite e gli esami diagnostici nei tempi adeguati ai bisogni paziente a cui non resta altro che seguire le indicazioni che gli vengono fornite.Vai ai contenuti.
Spostati sulla navigazione. Per ciascuna prestazione viene indicata la percentuale di prenotazioni effettuate con tempo attesa inferiore o uguale agli standard regionali - 30 gg.
Ricovero entro 30 giorni per i casi clinici che potenzialmente possono aggravarsi rapidamente al punto da diventare emergenti, o comunque da recare grave pregiudizio alla prognosi.

Le prestazioni ambulatoriali possono essere erogate in regime istituzionale o di libera professione.
Prima visita. Visite di controllo e prestazioni successive alla prima visita. I cittadini possono prendere appuntamento direttamente alle segreterie di poliambulatori. Il diritto all' esenzione viene riconosciuto solo in presenza del relativo codice, il quale deve essere riportato nel riquadro apposito della ricetta dal medico prescrittore. La mancata disdetta dell'appuntamento almeno 3 giorni prima della data fissata, comporta il pagamento per intero del ticket, anche in presenza di esenzione. Le prenotazioni via telefono, via sportello, via websia in regime istituzionale sia in libera professione intramoenia, vengono effettuate tramite un unico software gestionale aziendale, ove sono depositate tutte le agende delle visite e degli esami specialistici, che si sostanzia in un Centro Unico di Prenotazione CUP.
Tempi medi di erogazione dei servizi
Dalla tabella seguente, che considera solamente le prenotazioni degli utenti che accettano il primo posto libero, si evidenziano tempi di attesa in linea con gli obiettivi provinciali. Le prestazioni monitorate sono quelle previste dal Piano Nazionale per il contenimento dei tempi di attesa, documentate nella Scheda di Dimissione Ospedaliera come intervento primario.

This trip far surpassed my expectations. What a beautiful country AND we got lucky and saw the Northern Lights on our second to last day. This tour allows for the freedom to go at your own pace while the Nordic Visitor guidebook aptly suggests an itinerary that is worth following. We were not disappointed at all.
The convenience of not having to research places to stay was the reason that we used Nordic Visitor, for I would not have known where to begin to book guesthouses in some of the remote areas in Southern Iceland. Hilmar was fantastic - always a prompt email response away - which was another level of convenience that made travelling to a foreign country that much easier.
After seeing the photos that we took, I have already recommended Nordic Visitor to three friends just in case they decide to visit. I can't say enough nice things about my experience with the company. Planning for Iceland was always going to be an issue for my partner and I due to our rather hectic work schedules, fortunately Nordic Visitor took care of everything for us.
It started with a quote that ended up being cheaper than three other competitors we had contacted, for pretty much exactly the same hotels and services. They were very good at tweaking parts of the trip to cater for our needs and went the extra mile in making sure all was the way we wanted it to be.
The planning which we received prior to departure, and again on arrival, was thorough and easy to comprehend. Times, schedules and information provided was all well documented and meant we had little to do in the run up to our trip.
We had opted for the self-drive full circle tour of the island and thanks to all the information could easily plan our days. The only downside is you do not realise until in Iceland how slow going from A to B can be.
The 1 road is certainly not your average motorway, so you need to give yourself plenty of time to get places. It may be a bit confusing to novices who hope to see everything listed in the information booklets. We were particularly happy about the customer care. Although we are a very self sufficient couple, use to tackling more treacherous terrains, it was really nice that Nordic Visitor took time to check-in with us to see that all was going to plan.
The mobile phone given to us came in very handy too. Overall, the only slight problem we faced was with the car rental company for a tiny chip in the windshield which cost us the full franchise. Our guide was very informative, an excellent driver, and very considerate.
The country was fascinating, and with my background in geology I was fascinated to see many things that I have learned about in the past. Overall this trip has been a highlight of our travelling experience. Thank you for the itinerary, and organisation. Everything was very enjoyable and the organisation made the trip a lot less stressful before and during. The suggested itinerary allowed us to see some of the sights we would not have known to keep an eye out for had we travelled on our own.
However, the flexibility of having our own car and keeping to our own agenda also meant that we were able to explore other areas of interest that were not included in the itinerary. My husband and I had an amazing tour of Iceland. Nordic Visitor provided us with itineraries and vouchers that were very helpful and organized.We had a wonderful experience. Our drivers at pickup and drop off at the airport were excellent. I visited the office In Reykjavik near the end of our visit in order to thank Anita for assisting in the planning of our wonderful Iceland holiday.
She is a wonderful addition to your staff. Your itinerary, maps, suggestions, etc. Having a GPS also made finding everything, including hotels, very simple. Everything about the tour was perfect. It was great arriving at the airport and having someone their with everything we needed. Our overall experiences were great.
Everything was well organized. When ever anyone in our group had a question or concern our email was answered quickly. We were delighted with our accommodations, especially on the DFDS overnight ship from Copenhagen to Oslo. It made such a difference and the buffet was superb. Sofia really looked after us, the emails were detailed and friendly and she just made our holiday a pleasure.
Every night we asked ourselves "What does Sofia have for us tonight. We were very satisfied with our tour (8 days around Iceland). The group was a good size (16). Our tour guide, Alfred, was great and very knowledgeable. All of the restaurants and hotels were acceptable. We got to see all of the major highlights and a few hidden things we wouldn't have found on our own. It was nice to have someone else drive and take care of logistics. We have just returned from a week's self touring holiday of Reykjavik and Southern Iceland, arranged through Nordic Visitor.
From the moment I first contacted the company I knew I had chosen wisely. Their agent, Helga, was efficient, courteous, prompt with responses and very patient as we tweaked our trip. Her suggestions gave us a custom-made itinerary which took us to the best that Southern Iceland had to offer. After 2 nights in Reykjavik, we stayed at different hotels every night and they were all great. Granted a few didn't look much from the outside, but inside they were brilliant and we had the best rooms they had to offer.
Our mid-way stop was at the Fosshotel Vatnajokull, near Hofn, and the view from the window was of three glaciers - awesome. If you are thinking of a holiday in Iceland then use Nordic Visitor and always ask for Helga - she was brilliant. We've recently returned from holiday in Iceland. I booked us on the Iceland Full Circle self guided tour through Nordic Visitor. Hilmar was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was very patient with me as I tried to work through dates and added excursions and always provided quick, informative responses.
The package we received upon arrival was well put together and allowed us to navigate around the country with confidence.I have already recommended it to others, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Oh, and Iceland itself is astonishingly beautiful, and the people are friendly and delightful. Our experience with Nordic Vistor agent Alexandra was exceptional, emails were answered quickly and all questions were covered. Our face to face meeting with her was warm, friendly and helpful for the last minute questions we had.

We stopped by to drop off the cell phone at the end of our tour and unfortunately was unable to meet Alexandra - I would have liked to thank her in person for helping us arrange such and amazing and memorable trip. My husband, a friend and I recently completed the "Express Iceland" self-drive tour and had an unbelievable time. Working with Nordic Visitor exceeded all of our expectations.
